ACADEMY GUIDELINES

At KJ Golf Academy, it is the responsibility of all students to adhere to the established rules and conduct themselves respectfully towards the coaches and fellow students during lessons. We kindly request that you carefully review these guidelines. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding the guidelines, please feel free to contact the staff at KJGA for further assistance.

Membership

  • To make reservations, cancel lessons, view tuition fees, and access KJGA announcements, please log in to your account on the Zen Planner App.

  • Each membership cycle includes 4 lessons and will expire after a period of 2 months.

  • In order to avoid incurring a penalty, it is necessary to cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours prior to the class, should you wish to do so.

  • The reservation window for booking a lesson will close 12 hours in advance. We kindly request that you make your lesson arrangements in advance to ensure availability. If you see openings and wish to schedule a lesson at the last minute, please contact the KJGA staff for assistance.

Lessons

  • Attendance to lessons must be punctual. If students arrive more than 5 minutes late, it will be considered disrespectful, and they may be denied participation in the lesson without eligibility for a refund.

  • Please bring your water bottle and wear appropriate golf attire for the lessons.

  • For your safety, refrain from crossing the red line at the driving range when passing through.

  • Maintain focus during the lessons and avoid disrupting other students' learning experiences.

  • During the lessons, we kindly request that no spectators be present. Please wait at the designated "Practice Area."

Additional for Private Lessons

  • Kindly ensure that you check in at the east side of the driving range at least 5 minutes before your scheduled lessons.

Additional for Junior Development Program (JDP)

  • Kindly ensure that you check in at the water fountain area at least 5 minutes before your scheduled lessons.

  • It is mandatory for students to wear a KJGA wristband in order to attend classes. In the event of losing the wristband, a replacement fee of $10 will apply. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings.

Golf Course Policies

  • To ensure a positive experience, all students are required to follow the guidelines and rules of KJGA and the golf course. Service may be refused to those who do not comply with these policies.

  • For safety and security, a surveillance camera is in operation throughout the premises. Additionally, students are responsible for the care and safeguarding of their personal belongings, as the facility is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
